PhiBright microneedling isn't one-size-fits-all. Every session begins with skin-focused treatment planning, so the depth and your personalized serum selection are designed around your skin's goals and condition.
Using fine, precise micro-channels, the treatment supports your skin's natural renewal — helping to improve the appearance of uneven texture and enlarged pores, soften the look of fine lines, and encourage a healthy, radiant glow over a gentle series of sessions. For scars and stretch marks, a series of treatments may help soften their appearance, and response varies from person to person.
Treatments are priced by area: $200 for the face, $250 with the neck, and $300 with the neck and décolleté, while stretch marks and body scars are $200 per session. Most skin goals respond best to a gentle series of sessions, and that plan is mapped out with you at your first appointment.

How many sessions will I need?
Response varies by skin concern, severity, and individual healing. Many skin goals are planned as a series of 3–6 sessions spaced about 4 weeks apart, and a consultation helps determine whether microneedling is appropriate for your concern and what level of improvement may be realistic.
Is there downtime?
Mild redness and sensitivity are common after treatment and usually settle over the next few days, although some skin may take up to a week to fully calm. Most clients can return to normal day-to-day activities by the next day, while following the aftercare restrictions for exercise, heat, swimming, makeup, and active skincare.
Do you offer hair or scalp treatments?
Scalp microneedling and other hair or scalp treatments are not currently offered at Narmela. They may be added in the future — feel free to ask during your skin consultation.
