Narmela PMU Studio is a permanent makeup and beauty studio operated by Narmela Malekmohammadi, located at 932 Eglinton Ave West, Toronto, ON. For any privacy question, or to access, correct, or delete your information, contact us at Narmelam@gmail.com or 647-865-9704.

Booking & contact details: when you book an appointment or send a message, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any notes you provide, so we can schedule your appointment and reply to you.

Intake & consent information: before a permanent makeup procedure we collect health and medical information through the intake and consent forms. This is sensitive information, collected only to keep your treatment safe and to record your consent.

Consultation photos: if you use our photo consultation, we collect the photos you choose to send (which may show your face, brows, lips, eyes, or skin). These are sensitive images, collected only so Narmela can privately assess your suitability and advise you.

Website & chat: if you message our chatbot, we keep the conversation and any contact details you share so we can follow up. We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Voice chat: if you choose to talk to our assistant, your speech is processed live by our voice provider (ElevenLabs) to power the conversation. Narmela PMU Studio does not store raw audio; a text transcript of the conversation is kept, just like a typed chat. What ElevenLabs keeps on its own systems is covered by their privacy policy, not ours.

Your information is held in our booking and studio systems, hosted by our infrastructure provider (Supabase). Our primary database and file storage are hosted in Canada. Some service providers identified on this page — including our payment, email, and AI providers — may process personal information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Consultation photos are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible and are viewed only by Narmela, through a password-protected admin dashboard.

Payments are handled by PayPal. Your deposit is processed on PayPal's own secure systems — we never see or store your full card number.

Appointment and follow-up emails may be sent through our email provider (Resend).

Consultation photos are kept only as long as needed for your consultation and are deleted automatically about 30 days after you send them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time. Your message and contact details from a consultation are kept with your record, as described below.

Other information (bookings, intake and consent records, messages) is kept until you ask us to delete it, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, health, or accounting reasons.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also withdraw a consent you previously gave. Just contact us at Narmelam@gmail.com and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.

We will never use your consultation photos, or before-and-after photos taken during your visit, publicly or for marketing without your separate written permission. Consent for a treatment is not consent to publish your images.

Our public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we use is a session cookie required to keep the studio's own admin dashboard secure.

Our services and our photo consultation are intended for clients who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
