Clear, kind, and fair

These policies protect the one-on-one time reserved exclusively for you. Booking an appointment means you've read and agreed to them.

Securing your appointment

All appointments are booked online or by phone and confirmed with a standard $50 deposit, paid securely through PayPal at the time of booking. A few services may carry a different deposit — the exact amount is always shown before you pay.
Your deposit is not an extra fee — it is applied directly toward your service total, with the balance due at your appointment.
Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The studio is closed Sundays.

Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit moves with you to the new date, one time, free of charge.
If you need to move it a second time, the deposit is forfeited — even with 48 hours' notice — and a new deposit books your new date.
If you cancel outright with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit is refunded in full.
Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit, as your reserved time can rarely be refilled on short notice.
No-shows forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook.
If Narmela ever needs to reschedule your appointment, your deposit is fully honoured at the new time — or refunded, your choice.

Please arrive on time. A grace period of 15 minutes applies; beyond that, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and because there is no notice, the deposit is forfeited.
Come with the treatment area clean and product-free, having followed the pre-care guidance for your service.
PMU procedures require completion of the client intake and consent forms — you can do this online ahead of time to keep your appointment relaxed.

Touch-up pricing is only for work originally performed at Narmela PMU Studio, and it depends only on how long it has been since your first session — not on whether you had an earlier touch-up. None is included in the original service price.
Microblading: $120 up to 2 months after your first session (ideally at 4–6 weeks); $300 after 2 months and under a year; full price ($450) at a year or more.
Lip blush: $150 from about 40 days to 2 months after your first session; $300 after 2 months and under a year; full price ($450) at a year or more.
Permanent eyeliner (which often needs no touch-up): $120 at 4–8 weeks after your first session; $250 after 8 weeks and under a year; full price ($350) at a year or more.
For example, a microblading client who skips the first touch-up and returns 6 months after the first session pays $300.
Work originally done by another artist must be assessed in person first and does not automatically qualify for touch-up pricing, as correcting prior work often takes more time than starting fresh.

PMU services are not performed on clients who are pregnant or nursing, under 18, undergoing chemotherapy, or with certain conditions in the treatment area. Please review the intake form — and when in doubt, ask before booking.
If you arrive with a condition that prevents safe treatment (e.g., sunburn or active blemishes in the area), the appointment will be rescheduled and the deposit is forfeited — so please read the pre-care guide.

Deposits are processed securely through PayPal. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Listed prices for Makeup, Lash Extensions, and Lash Lift / Lamination are starting rates; final pricing is confirmed during your consultation, always before any treatment begins.
Microneedling is priced by treated area — face $200, face and neck $250, face, neck and décolleté $300 — and stretch marks or body scars are from $200 per area.
Microblading is $450. All prices are before tax and may be updated from time to time; the rates in effect when you book are the ones you are charged, even if prices change before your appointment. For the services quoted as starting rates, that means the rate card you booked under — the exact total still depends on what you and Narmela choose at your consultation.
